He actually belongs (if any cat can be said to &quot;belong&quot; to anyone) to the friends I&#39;m renting my new apartment from, but he decided to move in with me instead. Apparently he doesn&#39;t like babies, and they have 2 next door now (the most recent one arrived just last month.) So as soon as he determined that I was cat-friendly and baby-free, he moved in, lol.
